StyleUAI Privacy, Payment Terms and Conditions.

By proceeding with payment on this page, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions set by StyleUAI, a platform operated by Over The Boundary (“StyleUAI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”):

1. Privacy

StyleUAI collects and processes payment-related information securely using trusted, PCI-compliant payment partners.

We do not store full card details.

Your data is used only for processing transactions, preventing fraud, and complying with legal requirements.

By proceeding with payment, you consent to these privacy practices related to billing and transactions.

2. Payment Authorization

You authorize StyleUAI to charge the selected payment method for the total amount displayed, inclusive of applicable taxes.

All prices are in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

All payments made for our services, including subscriptions, credits, or one-time outputs, are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for partial usage, unused credits, dissatisfaction with AI output, or early termination.

Exception: In case of duplicate charges or technical errors on our part, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.

4. Recurring Payments (If Applicable)

If you are purchasing a recurring plan (e.g., monthly or annual subscription), you agree to automatic billing at the interval stated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@styleuai.com.

5. Invoice & Taxes

Invoices will be sent to the registered email post-payment.

Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

6. Access to Services

Access to StyleUAI services, credits, or assets will be granted only upon successful receipt of payment.

In case of payment failure, access will be restricted or delayed until the transaction is completed.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

You agree to contact StyleUAI to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Modifications

StyleUAI reserves the right to change pricing, billing methods, or plans with prior notice. Continued use after such changes implies acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These payment terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
