StyleUAI – Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to StyleUAI, an AI-powered fashion image transformation platform provided by Over The Boundary (referred to as “StyleUAI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, website, and services (“Services”), you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the StyleUAI platform. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
StyleUAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You may only use our Services for lawful business or commercial purposes. You shall not use the platform to:

Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or access the AI models or systems for unauthorized purposes.
Resell, sublicense, or exploit any output from our Services without explicit written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, underlying technology, algorithms, and designs belong solely to StyleUAI.
Any content you upload remains your property. However, by uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Any AI-generated outputs remain the property of StyleUAI, unless agreed otherwise in a separate contract.

5. Payment Terms

Some Services may require payment. By subscribing or purchasing Services, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms.
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your access.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
StyleUAI does not warrant that outputs will be error-free or suitable for every commercial application.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies in garment renderings, model representations, or any unintended interpretations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
StyleUAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if:
You breach any provision of these Terms.
Your conduct harms our platform, reputation, or other users.
We are required to do so by law.

9. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose any non-public information about our platform, pricing, algorithms, or business strategies to any third party without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
